Practice Areas
Below are my areas of practice. To find out more on each topic, read below or read the FAQs on this site.
01
Individuals, Couples, & Family Therapy
Individuals, couples, and family therapy are forms of counseling designed to help people improve their mental health and strengthen their relationships. Individual therapy focuses on personal growth, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Couples therapy supports partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing their connection. Family therapy works with multiple family members to address dynamics, improve understanding, and build healthier relationships. These approaches use proven techniques to create a supportive environment where participants can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster meaningful change and growth.
02
Bio/Neurofeedback
Biofeedback and neurofeedback are therapeutic techniques that use real-time monitoring of your body’s physiological responses to help you gain greater control over them. Biofeedback focuses on tracking physical functions like heart rate, muscle tension, or breathing patterns, while neurofeedback targets brain activity by measuring brainwaves. These methods are non-invasive and use specialized equipment to provide immediate feedback, helping individuals learn to regulate stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional well-being. Often used to address conditions like anxiety, ADHD, migraines, or insomnia, bio/neurofeedback empowers participants to develop healthier responses to life’s challenges and achieve greater balance in mind and body.
